Q. How secure is the ordering process?
A. Any transmission involving your information, including names, addresses, and credit-card numbers, are in encrypted form. Also, we do not store any credit-card information on our site.
  
Q. Either my billing address or shipping address is not in the United States; how would I purchase a gift card?
A. At this time, for international orders, please write to orders@flosrestaurants.com.
  
Q. If I order my gift card today, when will I receive it?
A. Gift cards typically take 5 to 7 working days to arrive but can take up to 10 working days, especially during peak season.
  
Q. Can I pick up my gift cards at a Flo's location?
A. Unfortunately, we no longer allow this option. Flo's Shipping is an entirely separate department, and effective January 9, 2006, all orders must be mailed.
  
Q. Why can't I use a P.O. box for a billing or shipping address?
A. For fraud prevention, our policy is not to accept orders with a P.O. box. If you live in a location with P.O. boxes as the only option for receiving mail, please use a corresponding street address with a 9-digit ZIP code if you have one. Otherwise, please write to orders@flosrestaurants.com for alternative methods.
  
Q. What can I buy with my gift card?
A. You can use your gift card to pay for any Flo's Restaurants merchandise, not including gratuity. Also, promotions are eligible for gift-card redemption unless otherwise stated on the promotion.
  
Q. When does my credit card get charged?
A. We charge your credit card after processing, reviewing, and shipping your order. If you check your order status and it says "shipped," we've charged your credit card and shipped your order.
  
Q. What does "received" mean on my order-status screen?
A. This field indicates when your order enters our database. We have not processed your order, charged your credit card, or shipped your order.
  
Q. What does "processed" mean on my order-status screen?
A. This field indicates when the shipping department has retrieved your order from the database. We have not reviewed your order, charged your credit card, or shipped your order.
  
Q. What does "shipped" mean on my order-status screen?
A. This field indicates when we reviewed your order, charged your credit card, and shipped your order. Please allow several working days after the indicated time for postal delivery.
